Welcome to Our Studio
NEW TO REFORMER PILATES IN HAMPTON?
We’re here to help you feel comfortable from your very first class.
Whether you’re completely new to pilates, returning after some time away or simply new to our Pure Reform Pilates studio, you don’t need to know what you’re doing before you arrive.
Our instructors will guide you through the equipment, movements and class format so you can settle in, move at your own pace and enjoy the experience.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A welcoming studio, thoughtful guidance and movement that feels right for you.
When you arrive, your instructor will help you get familiar with the studio and your Reformer, explain how the class works and guide you through each movement.
Our classes are designed to feel supportive rather than intimidating. You’ll be encouraged to work at a level that suits your experience, confidence and individual body. If you have any questions before class, just ask — we’d much rather you feel comfortable and informed.

WHAT TO BRING
Keep it simple.
We suggest you bring:
-
Comfortable clothing you can move freely in
-
Grip socks
-
A water bottle
-
Any information your instructor should know before class
But don't worry because we have a water fountain and grip socks are available to purchase if needed.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS
A few simple things will help you get the most from your visit.
Please arrive around 5-10 minutes early for your first class so there’s time to get settled and familiar with the studio.
If there is anything that may affect how you move or participate in class, let your instructor know before the session begins so they can provide appropriate guidance.
For clients who would prefer more individual attention before joining a group class, a Private Pilates session can be a great place to start.

STRENGTH & MOVEMENT YOUR WAY
Not Sure Which Class to Choose?
Everyday Reformer is a great option for many new clients, while our specialised classes may suit different ages, stages and preferences. Or if you’d like more personalised guidance, Private Pilates gives you one-on-one time with an instructor before moving into group classes.
